If somebody is acting crazy or is completely off about something, Icelandic people say that that person is totally or completely out driving.
Sentence: “Am I right to do this or am I totally out driving?”

Iceland is next on my list.  It will not be my first time to visit, but this trip I want to plan an adventure and do some exciting things.

Braver to be yourself..

 I don't have time to reflect on this right now, but want to put a bookmark for later. (in Steamboat Springs, CO - 2021-06-03) Why does it feel as though it was a challenge, in so many ways, to pursue a life where I am "just being myself"? And how did the idea of "being myself" become the secondary goal over the past 20 years?  (and, what was the primary goal then? this should be a fun one to unpack ;-)
